HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
1. Contact us via email: incahandcrafts@gmail.com. We will get in touch with you after 1 or 2 business days. Otherwise visit us at our market stalls, which you can find in our Facebook page.
2. Post your Alpucker Products to:

Attn: Customer Service

Upper Caboolture QLD 4510 Australia.
You must include a prepaid return bag for us to fulfil your exchange. Please make sure the appropriate return postage is provided.
Once your Alpucker products are received, it will take 1 to 2 business days for your request to be processed, you will then receive a confirmation number by email.
Alpucker products are not mass produced this means that we cannot guarantee an exchange in the same colour, size, specification. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Note that orders with discount codes or promotions may not be available for an exchange.
Alpucker reserves the right to accept or decline an exchange request.
EXCHANGE REQUEST
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you with an exchange. We are happy to accept your exchange request within 10 working days from receipt of payment. All postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We will try our best to exchange the item as requested, however, if the item is out of stock, unavailable or in special cases we will give you credit on Alpucker Online Store for the cost of the product.
SALE and PROMOTION items must be returned within 3 working days from receipt of payment and are not guaranteed an exchange or return.
Returned Alpucker products must be in their original condition, unused with tags still attached and must be must be accompanied by an Exchange request Form and prepaid return postage.
REFUNDS
Please note we do not generally offer refunds, we are happy to offer you an exchange or credit. Every case is evaluated individually. If you wish to receive a refund for any reason please contact us immediately, we will consider your case within 2 to 4 days.
If you claim to have received faulty products please contact us immediately and return the unused products along with the original packing and tags still on. We will evaluate your case and will respond to you within 2 weeks.
Please note that postage costs are not refundable.
